If you're seeing no-sound on your Android Phone, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
If there is no audio, first check if other apps have sound. If they do, check the Hulu/Disney+ audio settings (some shows default to "Surround Sound" which your TV may not support). Switching the audio track to "Stereo" or "English" usually restores sound.

1. Settings > Apps (or Apps & notifications).
2. Select the app, then Storage.
3. Tap Clear cache. If the problem continues, tap Clear storage / Clear data (this logs you out).
1.Open the Play Store app.
On the top right, tap the Profile icon.
2.Tap Manage apps & devices. Then Manage.
3.Tap the name of the app you want to delete.
4.Tap Uninstall.
5. Optional: Restart phone if needed.
Install App
1.Open the Play Store app.
2.Search for the app
3.Tap on app and tap install
Play Store → Profile icon → Manage apps & devices → tap Update next to the app.
1.Open the Settings app.
2.Tap System, then Software update.
3.If update available, tap update.
1.Hold the power button down for a few seconds.
2.When the menu pops up, select restart
1.Unplug modem from wall.
2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.
Hold the power button → tap Restart.
