If you're seeing Error code 39 on your Android Tablet, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
This is a hardware handshake issue (HDCP). It usually means your HDMI cable or port isn’t communicating correctly with your TV. Try a different HDMI port or a high-speed HDMI cable.

1. Settings > Apps.
2. Select the app, then Storage.
3. Tap Clear cache. If needed, tap Clear storage / Clear data (this logs you out).
1. Open the Play Store → Profile icon → Manage apps & devices → Manage.
2. Tap the app → Uninstall.
3. Optional: restart the tablet.
Install App:
1. Open the Play Store, search for the app, tap Install.
Play Store → Profile icon → Manage apps & devices → tap Update next to the app.
Settings → System → Software Update → tap update if available.
Hold the power button → tap Restart.
Use the Restart option instead: hold power button → tap Restart.

2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.
Hold the power button → tap Restart.
