If you're seeing Error code 39 on your iPhone, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
This is a hardware handshake issue (HDCP). It usually means your HDMI cable or port isn’t communicating correctly with your TV. Try a different HDMI port or a high-speed HDMI cable.

iOS apps don't expose a "clear cache" button, so offload or delete the app to clear its data.
1. Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
2. Tap the app, then Offload App (keeps documents) or Delete App (full reset).
3. Reinstall from the App Store and sign back in.
1.From phone screen tap and hold down on app until it starts shaking.(this means the app is selected)
2.Tap the X in the top corner to delete it.
3. Optional:This is a good time to restart the phone if needed.
To Install App:1.Go to the app store, search for app, tap download.
2.Once downloaded click open and log in.

2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.
Press and hold the volume button + side button → slide to power off → wait 30 seconds → hold side button to turn back on.
