If you're seeing Error code 83 on your LG TV, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
This is a common compatibility block. It occurs if you are using an unsupported browser, a virtual machine, or an emulator. It can also be triggered by a VPN or a very unstable connection. Ensure you are using a supported device and a direct internet connection without a proxy.
On some devices the cache on the device will need to be cleared and then the device restarted.

webOS has no per-app cache option, so delete and reinstall the app.
1. Home > highlight the app > press the X / Delete to uninstall.
2. Reopen the LG Content Store, search the app, and Install.
Turning the TV off and unplugging for 1 minute also clears temporary data.
1. Press Home button.
2. Go to LG Content Store > My Apps.
3. Highlight app, press the X button to delete.

Settings > All Settings > Support > Software Update > Check for Updates.

3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.
