If you're seeing no-video on your PlayStation 4 / 5, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
If you have sound but no picture, the video stream is likely being blocked by a security setting or an ad-blocker. Disable any browser extensions and check that your HDMI cable is fully seated. For mobile devices, try toggling your Wi-Fi off and back on.

There is no per-app cache option.
Clear system cache: fully power off the console, then unplug it for 60 seconds and turn it back on.
Clear app data: delete the app from the Library and reinstall it, then sign back in.
1. From Library, highlight the app.
2. Press Options > Delete.
