If you're seeing buffering on your Xfinity Rogers, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
Constant loading or freezing is usually an internet speed issue. Run a speed test at speedof.me. If your download speed is under 5Mbps, you will experience buffering. Try unplug the device and modem/router for 1 minute.

1. Press the A button (or the gear / Settings) on your remote.
2. Open Settings > Privacy.
3. Select Locally Stored Data and confirm.
Note: this logs you out of third-party apps and resets app cookies. A box restart also clears temporary data.

2. Go to Apps > Search and install.
Updates apply automatically. Restart the box to apply pending updates.

2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.
Press Rogers button > Settings > Device Settings > Restart.
