Log in to MLB.com on a desktop browser
Go to mlb.com and sign in to your MLB account. A desktop browser is recommended for account management.

Select Get Started with ESPN
Under your subscription details, click the Get Started with ESPN option.

Link your accounts
Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your MLB.com account to your My Disney/ESPN account.
