If you're seeing buffering on your Android TV, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
Constant loading or freezing is usually an internet speed issue. Run a speed test at speedof.me. If your download speed is under 5Mbps, you will experience buffering. Try unplug the device and modem/router for 1 minute.

1. Settings > Apps > See all apps.
2. Select the app.
3. Choose Clear cache, then Clear data / Clear storage if the issue continues (this logs you out).
1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. Under "Downloaded apps," choose the app.
3. Select Uninstall.
1. From the Home screen, scroll to the Play Store.
2. Search for the app.
3. Select Install.
Play Store → My Apps → find the app → Update.
