If you're seeing no-sound on your Android TV, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
If there is no audio, first check if other apps have sound. If they do, check the Hulu/Disney+ audio settings (some shows default to "Surround Sound" which your TV may not support). Switching the audio track to "Stereo" or "English" usually restores sound.

1. Settings > Apps > See all apps.
2. Select the app.
3. Choose Clear cache, then Clear data / Clear storage if the issue continues (this logs you out).
