If you're seeing Error code 39 on your Apple TV, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
This is a hardware handshake issue (HDCP). It usually means your HDMI cable or port isn’t communicating correctly with your TV. Try a different HDMI port or a high-speed HDMI cable.

tvOS has no clear-cache option, so delete and reinstall the app.
1. On the Home screen, highlight the app and hold the touchpad until it jiggles.
2. Press Play/Pause, then select Delete.
3. Reinstall from the App Store and sign back in.

2. Browse or search for the app.
3. Select Get (free).
App Store → Purchased → find the app → Update if available.

3. If there is an update, select Download and Install
4. Wait for your Apple TV to download the update.
5. Keep your Apple TV connected and plugged in to power until the update is complete.
After the update downloads, your Apple TV will restart, prepare the update, then install it. When the update is complete, your Apple TV will automatically restart again.

After Tv is turned off, unplug from the wall outlet
1.Unplug modem from wall.
2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.
