If you're seeing buffering on your Contour 2 / Stream Player Box, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
Constant loading or freezing is usually an internet speed issue. Run a speed test at speedof.me. If your download speed is under 5Mbps, you will experience buffering. Try unplug the device and modem/router for 1 minute.

There is no per-app cache option, so reset the app:
1. Press the Contour button, highlight the app, press OK and choose View Details > Uninstall.
2. Reinstall it from Apps.
A box restart (unplug 60 seconds) also clears temporary data.
