If you're seeing Error code 73 on your Fire TV, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
Disney+ detects you are in an unsupported region or are using a VPN. To fix this, disable any VPN or Proxy. Some anti-virus software also includes a hidden VPN that needs to be disabled. You may need to restart your device after turning these off.

1. Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications.
2. Select the app.
3. Choose Clear cache, then Clear data if the issue continues (this logs you out).

2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.

3. Select Restart.
4. Select Restart again to confirm.
