If you're seeing no-sound on your Fire TV, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
If there is no audio, first check if other apps have sound. If they do, check the Hulu/Disney+ audio settings (some shows default to "Surround Sound" which your TV may not support). Switching the audio track to "Stereo" or "English" usually restores sound.

1. Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications.
2. Select the app.
3. Choose Clear cache, then Clear data if the issue continues (this logs you out).

1.Unplug modem from wall.
2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select My Fire TV (or Device & Software on some models).
3. Select Restart.
4. Select Restart again to confirm.
