If you're seeing black-screen on your Hisense TV, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
A black screen usually means the app is open but the video player hasn't triggered. This is often a browser extension conflict (like ad-blockers) or an HDMI issue on TVs. Try unplugging your HDMI cable and plugging it back in firmly.

Android / Google TV model: Settings > Apps > See all apps > the app > Clear cache, then Clear data.
Roku model: no cache option — remove the channel and re-add it.
VIDAA model: no cache option — uninstall and reinstall the app.

3. Highlight the app, press Options, select Uninstall.

2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.

Settings > System > Power > Restart.
Roku Model:
Settings > System > Power > System restart.
Android Model:
Settings > Device Preferences > Restart.
