If you're seeing no-video on your Panasonic TV, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
If you have sound but no picture, the video stream is likely being blocked by a security setting or an ad-blocker. Disable any browser extensions and check that your HDMI cable is fully seated. For mobile devices, try toggling your Wi-Fi off and back on.

Fire TV OS model: Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > the app > Clear cache / Clear data.
My Home Screen model: no cache option — uninstall and reinstall the app, or power-cycle the TV.

3. Choose Uninstall.

3. Search and install the app.
App Market → My Apps → select app → Update if available.

1.Unplug modem from wall.
2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.
