If you're seeing no-video on your Samsung TV, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
If you have sound but no picture, the video stream is likely being blocked by a security setting or an ad-blocker. Disable any browser extensions and check that your HDMI cable is fully seated. For mobile devices, try toggling your Wi-Fi off and back on.

1. Home > Apps > Settings (gear).
2. Select the app.
3. Choose Clear cache (and Clear data where available).
If your model has no cache option, delete the app and reinstall it.

Samsung tv does not have a restart from settings option, use the turn off tv and unplug method instead.
