Basic troubleshooting steps for Samsung TV

Clear cache / data on Samsung TV

1. Home > Apps > Settings (gear).

2. Select the app.

3. Choose Clear cache (and Clear data where available).

If your model has no cache option, delete the app and reinstall it.

Restart Modem

2.Wait 1 full minute.

3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.
