If you're seeing Error code 39 on your Xbox, the steps below walk you through the most common fixes.
This is a hardware handshake issue (HDCP). It usually means your HDMI cable or port isn’t communicating correctly with your TV. Try a different HDMI port or a high-speed HDMI cable.

Clear system cache: hold the Xbox power button for 10 seconds to fully shut down, then unplug for 30 seconds and restart.
Clear app data: My games & apps > the app > Manage > uninstall, then reinstall from the Store.
1. Go to My games & apps > See all.
2. Highlight app > Manage > Uninstall.
1. Go to Store > Search.
2. Select app > Install.

If you see Console update available. Select this to update,

3. Under Turn off console, select Shutdown now.

For a Full Shotdown, Hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until the console shuts down.

3. Unplug the xbox from the wall outlet
4. Wait 1 full minute. Then plug in xbox
1.Unplug modem from wall.
2.Wait 1 full minute.
3.Plug modem into wall, wait a few minutes for modem to reconnect to the internet.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power options.
3. Under Turn Off Console, select Restart Now.
